Can I leave my hand sanitizer in the car? Or will it be less effective in the heat?

I like to drag some around for my errands. Thank you!

Hello Ma'am,
It is best not to leave it in the car (like any medication for that matter). In fact, most tests done on the life span or expiration of medications do not include exposure to extreme temperatures (over 30°C). In the summer in the car, the temperature can sometimes approach 50°C.
Bref, if you want the product to be fully effective, you'd better drag it with you to the store during errands.
Happy day,
