Do I have any side effects from my pill?

Hello, it's been almost a month since I started taking the contraceptive pill again following my delivery on July 4th. I had some bleeding in the middle of the month of taking my pill with stomach aches. Sometimes, I have heartaches. I also had an acne breakout on my back in the last few days. I didn't have any of this before I went back on the pill. Should I give my body time to get used to it again or should I think about another method of contraception?

That being said, the pill can also cause this for some people.
