My baby has a few pimples on his body, what should I do?

My 4 month old baby has pimples (top of hands and face mostly. 1 on the foot, 1 on the belly and 1 on the chest). No temperature so far. New pimples appear every day and it worries me. It doesn't seem to bother her or to itch for the moment but I would like to know the cause to avoid that it gets worse. Allergy, chicken pox, etc?

Good morning, Mrs,
Unfortunately, it is impossible to make a diagnosis as this is an act reserved for doctors
Children of this age are very susceptible to many conditions causing pimples but the vast majority resolve themselves without intervention. I am reassured that his general condition is good, I invite you to apply a moisturizing cream without perfume like Aveeno or Base Glaxal, and to avoid rubbing the skin to dry it, it is necessary rather to tap lightly after the bath.
If the lesions persist for more than 7 days without improvement or if your child starts to develop a fever in the presence of pimples, you should consult a doctor as a precaution.
We hope this has been helpful, and if you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us
