Hello Ma'am,
You say your cysts are causing you pain?
If this is the case, unfortunately medications may have little effect on your pain. The best solution, in my opinion, remains surgical removal of the cysts.
Have you ever considered this avenue?

Hello,
I am actually waiting to have a pelvic and abdominal echo. Unfortunately the wait is really long, so I was wondering if there is a solution to decrease the pain in the short term.
I was also wondering if it is possible to spirt under these conditions or if I might make it worse.
Thank you!

Thank you for those details.
I believe that exercising could possibly help control your pain better, yes. Do some gradually (in intensity and duration). You can even take Tylenol™ 60 minutes before sports to help better introduce physical activity into your routine between now and your surgery.
Happy day,
