Can I take folic acid for 3 months along with my birth control pill or do I have to stop it before starting?

There is no problem taking folic acid at the same time as the birth control pill

In addition, in anticipation of conception, it is recommended that you start adopting the lifestyle habits of a pregnant woman, i.e. to opt for a healthy and balanced diet, to limit/stop alcohol, drugs and cigarettes.
