Hello,
In order to answer your question properly, I need to validate certain elements
Do you have a fever?
Do you have pain in your lower abdomen? In the back?
Have you seen a doctor and received treatment for this in the last 4 years?

Hello,
I don't have a fever at the moment. But on March 22 during the night and when the symptoms appeared, I woke up soaked in sweat.
I didn't have any pain in my lower abdomen, but on March 25 there was pain in the pelvic area? Today I have sensations in my back.
I have not seen a doctor or received treatment for this in the last 4 years.
I would also like to share that I started my period at the same time as the UTI symptoms.

Thank you for the clarification. Since you have not received treatment or seen a doctor in the last 4 years, the pharmacist cannot prescribe the required antibiotic
As for the evolution of your symptoms, the back pain may suggest in some cases a progression of the infection at the renal level. In your case, your period is clouding the issue
I believe that your condition needs to be evaluated by a physician as soon as possible. It's not an emergency, but within 24-48 hours, I think you should see a doctor
I hope this was able to shed some light. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate
