For 2 days I have had no appetite, I still feel full. No other symptoms. Should I be worried?

Hello,
There are several causes for reduced appetite, including constipation or slowed gastrointestinal transit, anxiety/depression disorders, smoking, medications (stimulants, antidepressants, sedatives, opioids, certain antibiotics, etc) as well as natural products, including caffeine.
Here are some recommendations:
  • Eat more frequently (at least every 3 hours)
  • Eat meals with high energy intake (Greek yogurt, cheese, milk, meat, etc.)
  • Consider taking meal replacements such as Boost or Ensure
  • Good stress management
If you spend 5 days eating very little or lose 5% of your body weight in 6-12 months, you should see a doctor. Also consult if you develop severe fatigue, difficulty concentrating or persistent nausea/vomiting.
