After how many days of fever should a baby be seen?

Anyone, adult or child, who has a fever for 72 hours should consult a physician promptly.

I would also like to mention that alternating Tylenol/Advil is not recommended unless there is medical advice or supervision. The reason is that one of the 2 should be enough to control the fever. If not, it is usually a sign of trouble.
