The family got the flu shot on Friday, November 15. On Monday, I started to feel the flu symptoms in an intense way (sore throat, swollen glands, stiff neck, sweats, fever, headache and general incapacity). My daughter and I often react to the vaccine, but not so intensely and for so long, Thursday morning and I still have a bad headache. Do I need to see a doctor?

Hello Ma'am,
If the fever has come down, there is no need to seek medical attention at this time.
Usually, symptoms that occur after a vaccine (in a very small minority of patients) last less than a week. Sometimes (and it sounds like you) the symptoms can last a little longer.
If your or your daughter's symptoms are still present in 4 days, or if you develop a fever by then, then I would urge you to see a doctor.
