I woke up with a sore throat and difficulty swallowing. I noticed white spots on my tonsils. I have had nasal congestion for a week, I do at least one Sinus Rinse a day. For the past week I have had headaches at times. Otherwise, today is the first time I have had throat pain and tonsil spots. I haven't tried anything other than Tylenols. Last night I noticed pain in my ears and heartache. This morning, the white spots are worse than yesterday and I have even more difficulty swallowing.

In order to better advise you, would it be possible to tell me if you have any other symptoms such as a blocked or runny nose, even a little bit, sneezing, coughing or other? Are you currently taking any medication? Have you tried anything for these symptoms? Thank you for the information, please forgive my delay! You did well with Sinus Rinse but I suggest you use it several times a day and not just once. There is no maximum number of times a day, it is the best for relieving congestion and runny nose as well as runny back throat. Tylenol is also a good option, along with lozenges like Halls or Fisherman's Friend to name a few. I encourage you to drink plenty of fluids, cold or hot, as you prefer.
