I have been taking I-DROP PUR and OCUNOX for 3 days now and I have noticed that I have become constipated. Can one of the two cause this?

It is unlikely that these products have caused this constipation. Indeed, they are practically not absorbed and their ingredients are not known to cause this.

I suggest drinking plenty of fluids and consuming lots of fiber through fruits and vegetables and whole grains to soften the stool

If needed, PEG-3350 (LAX-A-DAY, Restoralax and other brands), a tasteless, odorless powder can be taken for constipation by diluting one scoop in a small amount of any liquid and drinking the mixture once a day.
