since a few months I have a red patch behind my breast yes, sometimes it looks less but sometimes it gets worse depending on the day but it has nothing to do with my laundry and I regularly put cream but no improvement

Have you tried anything for this problem? Thanks for the feedback! What cream did you try exactly? Considering that this area may be more at risk for moisture, I am inclined to suggest the application of an antifungal cream such as clotrimazole 1%, available without a prescription, twice a day for 2 weeks. It should be applied to the entire affected area and 2 to 3 cm further away.
