I have been trying to get pregnant since May 2020. I've heard of maca and evening primrose oil. Should my boyfriend take it too?

I take symbicort for asthma. I also take prenatal vitamins. Is it compatible with ex tylenol also if I have a headache? Thank you!

Hello Ma'am,
After several researches on my side to make sure I have the most recent studies on the subject in hand, I can confirm to you today that taking evening primrose oil or maca does not speed up conception in a couple.
In fact, you have only been trying for 7 months. That may seem like a long time, but in reality about 1 in 4 couples take longer than 7 months to conceive.
Do you use ovulation detectors/tests?

Ah well, thanks, that's interesting to know. Yes, I do use ovulation tests to cycle it properly!

Good news!
With these tests, you should be able to determine the approximate time of your ovulation.
That said, the fact remains that the best way to conceive is to have regular sex, approximately every 2 to 3 days.
Happy day!"
