After seeing the images, I think you'll need to see a doctor due to their wide distribution on the body.

In the meantime, if you are itchy, and drowsiness is not a problem (for example, if you don't have to drive or perform a task requiring alertness), taking Benadryl might help. Otherwise, Reactin would cause less drowsiness. Your pharmacist will be able to tell you the dosages if you go ahead with this.

Applying a cream such as Aveeno as often as needed may also help with the itching: there is no maximum application during the day. Avoid rubbing yourself with the towel after the shower, I suggest instead to lightly pat and apply the cream quickly after getting out of the shower.
