I would like to take Procasa from Usana, but I am taking Syntroid. Are there any contraindications?

According to the list of ingredients of the Procasa product, it seems to contain certain minerals including magnesium. Therefore, if you wish to take it, it should be taken at least 2 hours apart from your Synthroid, otherwise it may reduce the absorption of Synthroid

Does that mean I have to be careful with magnesium in my food?

No. The important thing with Synthroid is to always take it in the same way, because its absorption can be influenced by taking several minerals (calcium, magnesium) at the same time. If you have been taking your Synthroid for a long time, your dose of the medication has been adjusted according to the minerals in your diet. However, if you start a new dietary habit (e.g. start Procasa, drink a glass of milk with your Synthroid, take a vitamin with minerals, etc.), this may affect the absorption of Synthroid differently and your dose may need to change. Thus, the easiest thing to do in your situation is to take the Procasa at another time of the day, so that there will be no need for additional monitoring of your thyroid gland
