Hello, has it been 1 week since you applied the cream? You talk about dryness, you could try applying vaseline twice a day to try to moisturize the skin. Hydrocortisone 1% could also be applied before the petroleum jelly, but increased to twice a day. If after another week of applying hydrocortisone + petroleum jelly in the morning and evening does not bring results, I encourage you to return to the clinic. The 1% hydrocortisone is low potency and does not burn the skin in 1 to 2 weeks of use. I am not concerned about advising you to apply it 2 times a day for another 7 days, in a thin layer, followed by petroleum jelly.
