I'm coughing so much I'm sick and I'm pregnant. What should I do?

I am pregnant, I take antibiotics, I have a sinusitis but since I take my medication I cough a lot more (day and night) and so much that I cough it makes me sick. What do I do? I am exhausted from coughing and not sleeping

What kind of antibiotic are you taking and how long do you have left on your treatment? Are you currently using a product to clear mucus from your nose, such as Hydrasense or Sinus Rinse™?

I take sadoz cefprozil 500mg 2x a day , I take teta salbutamol HFA 100MCG every 3-4h and all this since Thursday . Since this morning I have pain in my rib , it prevents me from sleeping , I have to sleep 5h per night and I wake up in sweat

The information you provide leads me to believe that your infection may be more significant than the sinusitis you were diagnosed with a few days ago. The presence of fever (sweating) and pleuritic (side) pain leads me to recommend that you return for a consultation.
The antibiotic you are taking should be strong enough to treat much of the infection that can start in the lungs, but not strong enough to eliminate all of them.
So, I would recommend that you see a doctor soon. While waiting for your appointment, you should definitely avoid fever since you are pregnant. To do this, you can take Tylenol™ Extra Strength at 2 tablets every 6 hours.

No. Keep them going until the appointment. They are not harmful to you and your baby and will be able to help your sinusitis.
