I am taking Coumadin, atenolol, ASA, can I take Gelomyrtol?

Hello, for a few days I have had a cold and I blow my nose a lot. My spouse who just had the same thing was advised to take Gelomyrtol.

Hello Madam, thank you for your question!
I found a reference indicating that one of the ingredients of this product could interact with Coumadin. Considering this and the effectiveness of Gelomyrtol which has not really been established, I would not suggest taking it, if only as a precaution.
Nasal hygiene with a saline solution such as Hydrasense or Sinus Rinse is the best option and can be done as often as desired during the day. I also encourage you to drink plenty of fluids, hot or cold, as you prefer.
