It is likely that the loose stools are due to the antibiotic. Diarrhea is indeed a fairly common side effect of the antibiotic you are taking.
If you are not already doing so, taking the antibiotic with food usually helps limit this side effect.
Another solution could be to take probiotics until the end of your antibiotic treatment and even a few days after the end. Among others, Bio K, Soin Digestif and Florastor are brands of probiotics that can help reduce diarrhea associated with antibiotics. However, it is important to take the probiotics at least 2 hours after the antibiotics.
Don't forget to treat diarrhea by staying hydrated. To do this, you can use a commercial rehydration solution (e.g. Gastrolyte).
If your diarrhea does not stop and is accompanied by cramps, fever, loss of appetite, foul-smelling stools or blood/mucus in the stool, I invite you to consult your doctor. These could be signs of a C. difficile infection, one of the risk factors of which is taking antibiotics.
