An interaction is possible between several of your medications including citalopram, pantoprazole, Indapamide and sotalol.
This interaction at the cardiac level is not necessarily of consequence. However, I think that an electrocardiogram is necessary in your case. You may want to ask your pharmacist or doctor if this has been done and if an adjustment of your medication is necessary based on the result.
I also notice that you have the maximum dose of citalopram. The recommendations are a maximum dose of 20 mg over 60 years of age in order to decrease the cardiac impact of citalopram. I encourage you to discuss this with your pharmacist, as I do not have all the data and history in your pharmaceutical and medical file.
I hope that my answer has been useful to you,
Have a nice day!
