Have you ever tried changing your type of chamois? This may help change the pressure points caused by the bowel movement. Certainly, there is probably no medication that I can recommend without a doctor's assessment of the area of irritation and the pimple. I would recommend that you see a doctor, considering that the pimple seems to persist despite the use of barrier cream.
