Is it possible and safe to increase the dose of Rupall to 20mg per day to increase the effectiveness against urticaria?

My doctor recently prescribed Rupall 10 mg once a day to replace Reactin 20 mg. I have noticed an improvement in my symptoms since taking Rupall, but I am still bothered by some symptoms. Thank you for your help! Your site is really great! i find rupall very effective compared to the other antihistamines I used to take but I was wondering if I take the 10mg dose twice a day would be even betterthanks for your help!
