Is it possible and safe to increase the dose of Rupall to 20mg per day to increase the effectiveness against urticaria?

My doctor recently prescribed Rupall 10 mg once a day to replace Reactin 20 mg. I have noticed an improvement in my symptoms since taking Rupall, but I am still bothered by some symptoms.

Hello! Since the maximum daily dose of rupall is 10mg, it would not be safe to take more. I don't know if you've been taking it for a long time, but my advice would be to continue at this dose for a while and to notify the doctor if you still have symptoms. Have a nice day!

Hello! Unfortunately the maximum dose of Rupall is 10mg per day. So no, it is not possible to take it twice a day. Have a nice evening!
