Can I still take Progressive Vege Green if the product says not to use if I am breastfeeding?

Hi, I would like to add the following superfood blend to my morning smoothie: Vege green from Progressive. The directions say not to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. I am currently breastfeeding and I was wondering if this is a precautionary measure or if it is really not recommended?

Thank you for your question! In most cases, the manufacturer mentions not to take this product because it has not been the subject of studies demonstrating its safety in breastfeeding women. What this means for you is that it is not worth taking this product because there is no confirmation that it is safe for the baby.
