I am breastfeeding a 2 week old baby. Can I take Flonase? Or allergy pills?

Yes, Flonase is safe during breastfeeding, as well as anti-histamines such as Aerius, Claritin and Reactine.

I also suggest nasal hygiene with a saline solution (Hydrasense, Sinus Rinse and others), which can be done as often as needed during the day, and at least 30 minutes before bedtime
