I have the beginning of a cold and it is running down my throat instead of blowing my nose. I normally use either advil and sinus or apoflucticasone? Can I use them while breastfeeding?

Good morning, ma'am,
Advil Cold and Sinus contains a decongestant that can decrease milk production, even after one dose.
The most effective and safe treatment remains nasal hygiene with saline solution such as Hydrasense or Sinus Rinse, which can be done as often as needed during the day and at least 30 minutes before bedtime. It's a little uncomfortable but works wonders to reduce congestion, discharge and coughing.
I also encourage you to drink plenty of fluids, cold or hot depending on your preference.
As for fluticasone, it would be better to direct your question to your pharmacist who will be in a better position to answer you.
Sincerely,
Tom Samaha, pharmacist
