Hello ma'am,
Do you have any other symptoms such as a stuffy or runny nose?

Not just a sore throat. Whenever I get a little virus I have a blackout. Normally a suppository and it's fixed with sometimes lozenges but right now I don't know what I can take.

Thanks for the feedback!
For throat pain, Tylenol or Advil (if you don't have any contraindications to taking Advil, your pharmacist/ne can confirm this) are the best solutions.
You can also continue with lozenges such as Halls or Fisherman's Friend in particular.
I encourage you to drink plenty of fluids, cold or hot depending on your preference.
I asked about the nose because often it can run a bit backwards down the throat and cause this extinction. To that end, nasal hygiene can help greatly.
Hopefully I have been helpful, I remain available if you have any further questions!
