I have whitish secretions in my throat?

I have secretions in my throat with a whitish color I would like to know why I spit out these secretions and it seems that I always have something in my throat I have no runny nose and no congestion and no fever either ,in the morning I have a dry mouth and no more. Thank you For the time it must have been a month since I got this .

Hello, thank you for your question! Would it be possible to know how long you have had this symptom and if you have any others, such as nasal congestion, runny nose, or others? Thank you! Thanks for the information! If it's been going on for a month, one might suspect runny nose from behind to the throat. A good solution would be to try an antihistamine like Claritin or Aerius for about 10 days to see if it can fix or decrease the problem. Using saline like Hydrasense or Sinus Rinse could also help prevent secretions from building up and running down the throat. I encourage you to try options.
