Vaginal bleeding after my workouts?

Hello, for some time now, after each training session, I have noticed a vaginal bleeding that lasts a few hours after the effort. Is this normal? This has been happening since I gave birth on January 31. Thank you for your help!

Do you report that it is after every workout, or after a particular type of exercise? Do you have this after other times than training?

no, really just after workouts.
i train at home with a program containing several types of exercises (jumping, lifting weights, abs).
however, after a run I don't notice any bleeding.

If this has been happening since you gave birth almost 9 months ago, I would suggest seeing your doctor to rule out other causes for this bleeding as a precaution.
