Hello, I am a girl and as protection I use the Nuvaring vaginal ring. According to my doctor's recommendations, I take it out every 2nd of the month and put one back in on the 8th of the month. On February 2nd I wanted to do it continuously, so I put another one on. However, since a few days I have been bleeding and I don't know when to remove the one I have now and when to put another one.
