Yesterday I noticed on my right breast a small pimple or cyst there is a redness with a kind of small pimple in the middle I made 2 like that the first time it went away alone the 2nd time I had pierced it and I had been to pass an ultrasound of his and I had to put cream since I have not touched my breasts again.

No I'm not injured or anything the only thing I'm wearing is a sports top I'm not wearing a bra and it looks like it has a little button in the middle but it's red around it so it's a redness I don't know if it's normal.

For now, I would only suggest keeping the area clean with clear water and mild soap. Avoid tight clothing and underwear on the area to reduce friction, and avoid digging or scratching the lesion as this can increase the risk of infection and scarring and slow healing.
If it does not improve after 7 days or gets worse, you should consult a doctor.
