How can I reduce it? I'd like to have less of it and no matter what shampoo I use, I do.

You could try a zinc pyrithione shampoo, such as Head and shoulders, every day or every other day until you have good control of the dandruff, then twice a week for maintenance.

If that doesn't work, you could try Nizoral shampoo (available over the counter in pharmacies) at the same dosage.

When using these shampoos, apply to wet hair, lather and leave on for a few minutes before rinsing thoroughly.
