What can I do with the bitter taste zopiclone gives me?

I started to take zopiclone 5mg to sleep yesterday but I have a bitter taste since this morning when I wake up and it lasts until now and I find it very unpleasant since it changes the taste of food

Hello ma'am, a metallic taste is frequently reported with zopiclone.

Some references indicate that consuming acidic foods and juices such as fruits and fruit juices may help reduce this.

If this effect is intolerable, I suggest you talk to your pharmacist who can suggest alternatives to your doctor.
