Any fragrance-free ointment such as Vaseline or Aquaphor can be applied on it (Ask for Vaseline or similar fragrance-free ointment). They can be stored in the refrigerator to soothe the pain.

Otherwise, Tylenol can help relieve pain and is safe every trimester.
