Hello, I would like to know at what level of body temperature should I be concerned?

I am 27 weeks pregnant, first baby. I have had a cold/sinusitis for a few days. It's undiagnosed, but that's what I think it is, because I feel the pressure on my head and in my sinuses. I also have a sore throat. My temperature has been fluctuating between 35.3 and 35.7 for the last 3 days, today 35.1. Thank you for enlightening me.

Hello Ma'am,
It is very important to control fever in a pregnant woman, as the temperature being too high can have deleterious effects on the child.
Your temperature is very, very low right now, which can happen in the case of infection in some people.
Before I tell you what to do with that temperature, here's what I would like you to do. Make sure you don't eat or drink 10-15 minutes before you take your temperature again this morning, then take your temperature. Come tell me the result afterwards 😊.

Good morning,
I have been following what you said. It seems to be better, I am at 36.1 this morning.

Perfect, so your temperature is slightly low, but not at a worrying level in my opinion.
Now, and in order to avoid a visit to the doctor, you should try to reduce the amount of mucus in your nose. This will help your body fight the infection.
To do this, use the Sinus Rinse™ product twice a day for at least 5 days, following the technique described in this video. If your temperature is still low tomorrow, and your symptoms have not improved after 2 uses of the product, then I would invite you to go for a consultation.
Happy day,
