At first glance, without any other symptoms, there is nothing to be done for this type of lesion, especially considering its persistence. It is, for all intents and purposes, only an aesthetic issue, and it is very unlikely that this lesion will require medical attention. I would suggest, however, that you do not attempt to remove or exfoliate it as the eyelid is a very sensitive area.
