You are talking about chills and aches, unfortunately Neo-citran and suppositories are not products that help with these types of symptoms

First of all, I would advise you to isolate yourself since you have symptoms that could be related to covid-19. If you are able to get a quick test, do so

Secondly, OTC products can interact with medications or health conditions, I encourage you to contact your pharmacist for more appropriate advice.

Finally, Acetaminophen may be a good choice for the symptoms described if you are not allergic to it. It is present in many other over-the-counter products so it would be best not to combine it with anything else
