I have a problem with my tongue which sometimes has nothing and other times craters. It doesn't hurt but it's unpleasant as a sensation

Hello Ma'am, are you talking about ulcers on your tongue that sometimes occur?

Thanks for the feedback!
This can happen with certain foods, a small lesion even if you didn't feel anything, an episode of stress, great fatigue or illness, among other things.
What I can suggest at this time is to keep a diary of what you consume and how you feel, to compare to the occurrence and extent of symptoms. You may be able to potentially identify causative agents.
I would also suggest, if you haven't already done so, that you encourage the use of a toothbrush with soft or very soft bristles, and that you only use alcohol-free mouthwashes.
If after 2 to 4 weeks you are unable to find causes to avoid, I suggest seeing a doctor or dentist for a thorough evaluation of your needs.
Cordially,
