Baby with fever and pimples on the body, what to do?

Baby 20 months old with pimples all over her body and temperature of 38.9. The pimples started on Wednesday I would like to have a hypothesis on the dx and know if I should go to the hospital That's a perfect answer! A big thanks for taking the time 😊
