Hello, In general, fenugreek does not reduce the effectiveness of the birth control pill. So, if you take your pill regularly, as prescribed and without forgetting, your risk of pregnancy is virtually zero, even if you were to take fenugreek at the same time. 🙂 On the other hand, fenugreek can have several other side effects, such as stomach upset (e.g. nausea). These side effects may be in addition to those experienced when taking the birth control pill.
