Hello, I give Echinaforce Junior by À.Vogel to my 2 year old son when he has cold symptoms. I dissolve 1 tablet in his glass of milk.

As indicated by the manufacturer and given the limited data on the safety of the product in babies under 2 years of age, I do not recommend giving this product to your 3 month old.
