Hello Ma'am,
If the product you have at home is Gravol for children (https://gravol.ca/en/product/kids-liquid/), then you need to give a 4 milliliter dose.
Happy day,

Thank you! And is it possible to give it to him if he is not yet 24 months old?

It is best to refrain in such a case, if possible. Not so much because taking Gravol is dangerous, but rather because some children have paradoxical reactions (while taking Gravol tends to put adults to sleep, some children become very very agitated...not great in the car).
Has he ever suffered from motion sickness or is this a preventative measure?

He is sick after only 10 minutes of driving... it is very disabling and unpleasant for him... we are looking to help him for our essential trips, even if we try as much as possible to avoid :( would you have another alternative to suggest to us?

I understand!
No, it's really the right thing for you in this case. I would just recommend trying to give him a small dose before the day of the "trip", just to see if he will have a paradoxical reaction (it's still rare, but very unpleasant when it happens).
At this age, we still give 4 milliliters.
