I took Tylenol Cold & Sinus, should I wait before breastfeeding?

Hello, I currently have covid and yesterday I took 2 blue capsules for colds and sinus to help me sleep. However, I am breastfeeding, so I would like to know how long I should wait before breastfeeding my 7 month old baby again? I took the capsules at 1 am. Thank you very much for your help. Hello, i took the tylenols for colds and sinus. There are yellow capsules for the day and blue for the night. Here is a picture attached. thank you very much I only took the blue ones at night.
