I would like to know if I should consult, or if this sinusitis can go away by itself. Thank you

I have had sinusitis for 2-3 days. It hurts especially on the right side of my face, the sinus being under my eye. I also have a toothache and more of a feeling of having had a stitch in my face. I blow my nose a lot and I have secretions sometimes clear sometimes yellow. I also blow blood, especially when I wake up. I take nasal showers 4 times a day and I take advil for the pain.

Hello ma'am, you did well with the nasal douches (which I encourage as often as necessary during the day and at least 30 minutes before bedtime) and the painkiller.
I do recommend less vigorous nose blowing to prevent bleeding, if possible. If you have no contraindications (which your pharmacist can confirm), a decongestant nasal spray such as Drixoral or Dristan may help with congestion and pressure, but should not be used for more than 3 to 5 days.
If the situation persists for more than 7 days without improvement, you should consult a doctor.
I hope I have been helpful to you, and I remain available if you have any further questions
Sincerely,
Tom Samaha, pharmacist

Thank you very much. Concerning the bleeding, I try to do it more gently, but there is always blood when I blow my nose (it's been 36 hours that the situation persists). Are there any tips to help and speed up the healing?

Yes, a saline spray such as Salinex can help with the irritation. There is also a nasal gel that can be applied with the finger, Rhinaris Gel or Secaris among others.
