Hello ! This happens when there is a large accumulation of mucus. This accumulation of mucus can be caused by allergies, infections (cold, sinusitis or others) or even sometimes by gastroesophageal reflux In order to relieve yourself, I suggest you perform a nasal irrigation with the Sinus Rinse. When you put the nasal tip in one nostril and squeeze the bottle, the saline solution will flow out of the opposite nostril or mouth, which will help dislodge the mucus.
