When is the first day of bleeding considered the first day of the menstrual cycle?

I finally got my period at 32 days! I had a few days of spoting before I would like to know if I should count my days from the day of spoting or if I start from the day of the real period!?

Hello, thank you for your question! Usually we count from day 1 onwards more substantial bleeding, not spotting.
