Thanks for the information. I consulted a colleague, it seems that the lesion does not look likeringworm. This being the case, if you do not have pain or strong sensation, you could try the application of a clotrimazole product like Canesten and others, which can treat ringworm. However, I strongly suggest that you show the lesion to your pharmacist in person who will be in a better position to assess the situation and propose a treatment if deemed necessary, as well as ensure a close follow-up with you.
