Can I use ENERgize if I am breastfeeding?

Hi, I would like to drink ENERgize, a product from Beachbody, I would like to know if it is compatible with breastfeeding? Hello and thank you for your question. First of all, I notice that 1/3 of a serving is sugar, which is huge. After some research, there is no solid data on the safety during breastfeeding of any of the ingredients in this product.
