Vomiting on waking several times a month?

Question

I have vomiting when I get up in the morning sometimes during the month and it lasts from 24 to 48 hours during this time. I have difficulty getting up again and I have had scans, a gastroscopy and blood tests. I am on a low-fodmap regimen that has reduced my vomiting frequency but not completely and I don't know what triggers it.
