Red patches on my 6 month old baby's body?

My 6 month old baby has patches of small red pimples on his neck and cheeks. A little on the elbows and on one hand I would like to know what this is due to and what I should do?

Hello ma'am, thank you for your question! If your baby has no other symptoms at the moment, and has not had any other symptoms in the past few days such as fever, a fragrance-free moisturizer such as Base Glaxal or Aveeno is usually sufficient. It can be applied as often as needed.
