How do I clean my bite plate for teeth grinding?

I wear a plate for my teeth at night I am an anxious person and I grind my teeth :( In the morning when I wake up, how can I clean my occlusal plate and not damage it? Thank you very much for your answer :)

Hello, ma'am,

Some sources recommend brushing with a soft or very soft wire brush, soaking in a solution such as Polident a few times a week, but I strongly suggest redirecting your question to the dentist who provided you with the plate.
